New Innographic: Overview of Innovation Methods ✨
I love visualizations of innovation. Over the years, I've gathered and curated an overview of my preferred innovation methods and techniques for teams and leaders. It may not be exhaustive or perfect, but it’s certainly practical and ready to share.
Why this overview? Visualizations of innovation:
💡 are powerful tools for speeding up innovation.
💡 help finding new connections and patterns amid the chaos.
💡 help us grasp the bigger picture, revealing areas we might overlook or avoid, which are often ripe for growth and innovation.
💡 facilitate more effective communication.
💡 support taking a unique approach to innovation in every situation. Recognizing this diversity allows us to develop more creative and impactful solutions.
I hope this overview aids you in tracking your innovation efforts, overcoming obstacles, and finding fresh inspiration. I also find them invaluable as visual benchmarks in workshops and training sessions.
